This credentialing is based on a review by Nike and RBI has been officially approved as a proud partner to enhance athletes' skills and promote programs to help take athletes to the next level. RBI has gained excellent reputation for professionally improving their students skills and working with Nike Sparq to further enhance and promote their students abilities.

RBI personally knows the trainers of Jaeger sports, and vice versa. We work together to improve beginning players and to advance their skills, and to take serious athletes and turn them into college or professional players.

Our instructors are previous MLB and professional players such as Lloyd Moseby (Toronto Blue Jays, Detroit Tigers), Ryan Mattheus (Texas League All Star), Heath Hayes (Director of Amateur Scout PSI Sports Management), high school coaches, college players and scouts that have the expertise to fix technical problems in order to improve on proper mechanics. RBI can guarantee results by fixing the root of the ball player’s problems in a matter of minutes. We cover hitting, pitching, fielding and throwing. RBI year round training is the secret ingredients towards the player’s success. All RBI Coaches have completed Background Checks through the Department of Justice - RBI goes the extra mile to assure your family that your ball player is protected in a professional, safe environment.

WE PLACE OUR PLAYERS IN TOURNAMENTS THAT WILL GIVE THEM EXPOSURE TO SCOUTS

We place our players in tournaments that will challenge them and give them a chance to be seen by college and professional scouts. Often times the door to making a dream come true lies not just in having great athletic skills and great grades, but it is also who you know and can meet. Some of RBI's instructors, including owner Paul Robles, are scouts for major MLB teams. Having connections can get your foot in the door that otherwise would not be possible.

We know what college and professional teams are looking for, and we are candid in our assessment of your athletic abilities in what you can realistically achieve. We structure our tournaments around where we know scouts will be and provide them with information about you. If they are interested in you, we will help make introductions so you can pursue your college or professional dreams. We also provide college opportunities by playing in tournaments at colleges where players have exposure and direct connection to the head coach.
