RBI will prepare all players for the challenge.

History of the Sox –Since 1997
Since 1997, the Sox have proven to be the most
comprehensive and beneficial program for highly competitive
amateur baseball players. The Sox brand is to find players
that have tremendous passion and athleticism. RBI creates
the opportunity by providing professional instruction,
weekly practices, tournaments and numerous games. Every
player that has been a teammate of the Sox, have improved
tremendously.
Our Approach
Winning is not our first priority. Self-development and
player development is most important. Players will improve
daily; collectively the team will eventually succeed. RBI is
the best way to improve your ballplayer from a physical and
mental aspect year round. In the Academy, every player has
the opportunity to grow throughout weekly practices along
with constant repetition. During a course of an RBI season,
players will play scrimmage games, league games, and
tournaments. In addition, RBI players will learn the game
from a professional standpoint. This concept will provide
the best opportunity to continue playing at the next level
(high school, college, professional).

Sox players will play at the highest level of competition.
Red Sox

Sox players will play against local competition in order to
develop personal skills.
White Sox

Sox players will scrimmage one another before player is
ready to play for the Red Sox.
